David S. Bischoff
David Bischoff joined McCloskey, Mina & Cunniff, LLC as a partner in April 2010.
David started his career in Boston before moving to Portland where he has maintained a diverse trial practice for the last 13 years. David is well known for his civil litigation skills with a particular focus on family law, business disputes and negligence claims. David is also highly regarded for his expertise in representing clients in mediations and arbitrations when it is in their best interests to pursue alternative forms of dispute resolution.
David is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of New Hampshire and a 1994 graduate of the University of Maine Law School. David is a former Frank M. Coffin Fellow and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
